Creating sustainable clothing is as much about the choice of materials as it is the durability of the item. We take responsibility for any material or manufacturing issues that cause the clothing to fail to perform.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us.
If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.
How can I return or exchange an item?+-
To start a return or exchange please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will send back instructions on how you can print a prepaid return label or drop off with a digital QR code at a Royal Mail depot.
For exchanges, we will send out a new colour or size immediately for you.
Any issues, please get in touch explaining and we will resolve as possible.
Manufacturing & Sustainability
Where do you make your clothing?+-
All our clothing is made in Kandy, Sri Lanka in a factory we’ve personally visited and audited. They are experts in producing technical sportswear.
The factory is WRAP certified and the company is a member of of Garments without Guilt. They do the following:
- Pay above minimum wage for entry-level operators and a living wage for more senior operators
- Provide a creche for onsite childcare
- Provide a central fund for supporting workers
- Onsite water treatment facilities
We will be providing more information on here about this very soon.
Is your packaging sustainable?+-
Yes. We're on a journey to make everything completely sustainable, not just our clothing.
We're proud that Peak+Flow packaging uses 100% recycled and biodegradable materials, with no plastics in sight.
What does sustainability mean to Peak+Flow?+-
At Peak+Flow sustainability means thinking about all of the impacts our business has on society and the environment and always proactively looking to improve them.
Ranging from the materials we use to how much we pay people and what type of models or messaging we are communicating.
We recognise this is a journey. Our vision for sustainability is circular, zero-waste, and zero damage.
